Video Assets 2020

The Circle Academy 2020

• Designed and facilitated a co-design workshop to design the online version of the SQA accredited Award in Social Entrepreneurship. Additionally, provided sessions on service design for two cohorts on the Award.

Dundee & Angus College - Service Design Academy 2017 - 2018

• Designed and co-authored all content for the SQA accredited L7 Professional Development Award in Service Design for both classroom and online delivery.

Scottish Social Services Council 2017

• Authored all content for SSSC Post Graduate Certificate in Digital Learning Design, Module 3: Maximising Learning: User Experience Design.

University of Dundee - School of Education and Social Work 2014-2017

• Development of People Strategy using SD approach to develop active listening skills and

NHS Leadership Programmes NHS Education (NES) 2017 - 2019

• Safety and Quality Leaders Fellowship Programme: Introduction to SD for international

leadership clinicians and managers in Fellowship programme. 35 people per session. 3 x 0.5

day sessions.

• Safety and Quality Leaders Fellowship Programme: Design and delivery of sharing event for

clinicians, managers and policy makers, 100 people, 1 day event.

• Scottish Clinical Leadership Fellows (NHS Education) 2019 - Introduction to SD 0.5 day

sessions for clinicians and managers. One day.

• Leadership Links: Change by Design: Leading through Creativity and Innovation: webinar and

Welcome Aboard: LNER, Neatebox and GoUpstream 2019 - 2020

• User testing and requirements gathering of LNER Passenger Assist Service and Neatebox

Welcome App with users living with Dementia at Waverley Station. 20 participants: LNER staff and Dementia Voices members. Funded by the Rail Safety and Standards Board.

Dundee City Council (DCC) 2016 - 2018

• Dundee 2030: Envisioning a Low Carbon Future - Design and facilitation of event bringing

together businesses, third sector and public organisations organisations to formulate actions to reduce carbon emissions by at least 40% by 2030 and ensure the city is resilient and adapted to climate change.

• What might UNESCO City of Design designation mean to Dundee? - Understanding council services through users eyes, with DCC CEO and office of CEO staff, Creative Dundee and Leisure & Culture. Immersive SD training.

• Leadership event - Introduction and application of SD thinking to 10 key areas in cross departmental teams. I day, 90 people.

Architecture + Design Scotland (A+DS) 2015 - 2019

• Caring Places: consultancy to co-design and deliver (with A+DS and Smith Scott Mullan

Architects) a toolkit and co-design workshop to engage a wide range of stakeholders.

• Stalled Spaces Evaluation. User interviews, analysis and report/recommendations on A+DS programme with local authorities and community groups throughout Scotland. 6 weeks. 10
